Kristin Clark is the principal designer and owner of Clark Interiors. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Interior Design from The Illinois Institute of Art, Kristin began her career with Eleni Interiors, interning on model home designs. Soon she was design assistant to nationally recognized interior designer Marilyn Akins at the well-known, upscale Akins & Associates in Hinsdale.

Kristin added valuable experience working with homeowners, as well as builders and contractors, while at Designs of the Interior in Naperville, specializing in residential and small-scale commercial design.

In 2006, Kristin founded Clark Interiors and enjoys exploring new ideas while helping families customize their living spaces through smart, eclectic interior design. Although each project is unique in size and style, her largest project to date has been consulting and designing a new-construction home of 22,000 square feet.

As an involved member of the community, Kristin has taught "Residential Interior Décor," a continuing education program, at The Illinois Institute of Art. She also belongs to the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce and served as a board member of the Live Downtown Naperville Partnership.
